Basqueland Santa Clara Helles Lager

Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic southern German Helles-bier. It is named after the island at the mouth of La Concha Bay in San Sebastian. True to style, it is clean with a straw-yellow color. It shows a classic malt structure balanced with noble Tettnanger–earthy sweetness of sunflower seeds balanced with floral aromas and subtle bitterness of sweetgrass. Side note: It’s a Basqueland brewer favourite
