Clonakilty O’Hara’s Cask Finish Single Malt

An exciting Collaboration Whiskey between Clonakilty distillery and O’Hara’s Craft Brewery. A beautiful single malt packed with lots of rich ginger and chocolate tones imparted from a three-cask maturation process. This Single Malt has been aged in Ex-Bourbon casks finished in O’Hara’s Imperial Stout and Winter Star Spiced Pale Ale in their Atlantic ocean warehouse.
Vanilla custard, candied ginger, and rich hot chocolate with nutmeg and cinnamon on the nose. Chocolate fudge brownie, ginger cake with lemon peel and cardamom hits the palate and finishes with warming allspice with chocolate and orange oil.
This release was limited to 950 bottles. This also won the ‘Small Batch Single Malt 12 Years & Under’ at the World Whiskey Awards 2022. A really great whiskey.
