Copeland Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin

Copeland Irish gin is distilled and then casked in Kentucky bourbon casks for 120 days. This gives it the caramel colour and a hint of bourbon flavour. The gin is then transfered to Oloroso sherry casks and let rest of 20 days to enhance the colour and give it a touch of spice.
Packed full of flavour, you will enjoy a punch of juniper followed by smooth caramel and spice from the bourbon and sherry casks. Enjoy either neat over ice (it really is that smooth!), or with crisp Indian tonic water garnished with a slice of apple.
