The village of Cupramontana sits between the eastern foothills of the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, where the land is criss-crossed with rivers and valleys carrying cooling breezes inland. This is the historical heartland of verdicchio production, the Classico zone for Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. Made from blend of fruit from the different parcels of the estate, Saltatempo is the perfect introduction to verdicchio in a youthful, fruit-driven style. Generous and inviting on the nose, with notes of peach, ripe apple and grapefruit with a hint of bitterness. The palate is beautifully textured and full, with plenty of freshness.
