Part of the terroir expressions of unaged ‘pre-cask’ rum from Mark Reynier’s Renegade Distillery. This was made using free run sugar cane juice with the crop sourced from the Dunfermline estate which once had its own distillery. Unfortunately it was destroyed by hurricane Ivan in 2004! This spirit has been distilled in column stills and has been bottled at 50%
