Beaune is an appellation in Burgundy which produces red wines made exclusively from Pinot Noir. Roisin Curley’s Beaune is certainly in the ‘premium’ category and is the epitome of how great Pinot can be. Ethereal, layered and nuanced with red fruit, herbs, and spices. Light in colour, but mighty in intensity.
Irish born winemaker, Roisin Curley, originally hails from Co.Mayo. She is considered a micro-negociant as she buys small parcels of grapes from growers and bottles them under her own name.
