A bright light yellow colour with greenish hues. Complex aroma with notes of spring white flowers, citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate it is an unctuous wine with a long and persistent finish.
Its natural acidity makes it a fresh wine, while the contact with the lees as well as its oak ageing grant it elegance.
The Salentein Barrel Select range uses varietals coming from their plantations located between 1.050 and 1.700 meters (3.500 and 5.600 feet) above sea level, with stony soils, great temperature variation, ideal solar exposure and pure Andes meltwater, which provide the perfect conditions for making wines that are the maximum expression of Uco Valley.
