A unique marriage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still triple-distilled whiskey, crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. Initially matured in American oak bourbon barrels before being finished in Chairman’s Reserve rum casks for an additional 6 months. Decadent and tropical. The sweet St Lucian rum delivers a spectacular treat for the senses. A truly exotic dram. Bottled at 46% ABV
This Whiskey smells like an exotic Rum, apricots and summer fruits. Loaded with tropical fruits on the palate and finishes with fig banana and oak spices. A wonderful Caribbean experience from start to finish.
