This mineral packed Alvarinho was hand harvested in vineyards located in the sub-region of Cima-Corgo (Alijó) and are at an average altitude of 600 meters, growing in granite derived soils.
It presents a pale yellow colour with the exuberance typical for an Alvarinho but a great deal of complexity due to the very prolonged fermentation. In the mouth it has a great deal of volume together with a cintilante acidity. Extremely long after taste with the delicate acidity lingering in the mouth.
Suggestions: Delicate fish and shellfish area perfect match.
