Aromatic intensity of white fruits – green apple, white pear, melon, peach, mango, guava, pineapple with lime zest notes and ripe quince, bayleaf and white flowers, jasmine, lavender and mineral undertones. Unctuous fresh palate, great structure with lifting acidity, silky and fleshy mid palate. Orchard fruits, stony fruits, pears, and lemon flavours, with a touch of aniseed, pure on the finish, with citrus fruits, mineral and floral notes repeating.
