Delivery Policy

Delivery Information

Welcome to Sweeney’s D3! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options:

 

 

Nationwide Delivery

We aim to deliver to all addresses across Ireland within 5 working days of your order.
If you’re sending a gift, please include the recipient’s mobile number so our delivery partner, Xpect, can notify them.

 

 

Dublin Deliveries

  • Same-day delivery available 7 days a week for orders placed before 11:00am 

  • Deliveries may arrive as late as 10:00pm

 

 

Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, Louth

  • Delivery days: Wednesday, Friday & Sunday 

  • Order cut-off: 11:00am the previous day

 

 

All Other Counties

  • Orders will be sent via An Post 

  • Orders placed before 11:00am will arrive within 1–5 working days

Important Information

  • We’ll do our best to meet your delivery requirements, but specific day or time cannot be guaranteed. 

  • You’ll receive:

    • Order confirmation email when we receive your order 

    • Dispatch email once your order is ready to ship or collect 

  • Delivery notifications:

  • Orders should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch (unless otherwise stated). Contact us if not received. 

  • An adult (18+) must be present to sign for delivery. If no one is home, our delivery partner will contact you. 

  • A mobile number is mandatory for all delivery addresses. 

  • Please check your order before signing. If there are signs of damage (e.g., damp boxes or broken glass), notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

 

 

Christmas & New Year Delivery Schedule

  • Outside Dublin: Order by 15th December, 11:00am for guaranteed delivery 

  • Dublin: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 11:00am, 22nd December 

  • No deliveries: 24th–27th December 

  • Dublin same-day resumes 28th December (cut-off 11:00am) 

  • No deliveries: 29th December–1st January 

  • Normal service resumes 2nd January 2026 

  • Corporate orders: Email by 15th December to ensure timely delivery
