Alexandre Bonnet Blanc de Noirs Champagne
A refined Blanc de Noirs from the limestone-rich slopes of Les Riceys in southern Champagne. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, this cuvée captures the fruit-forward charm and mineral backbone of the estate’s terroir.
Appearance: Clear yellow with golden glints and a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose: Complex and expressive. Aromas of white pear, vine peach, apricot, and plum mingle with honeysuckle, citrus zest, and a refreshing minty lift. Subtle spice adds depth.
Palate: Generous and mouth-watering. Juicy stone fruits and citrus are framed by taut acidity and a structuring mineral core. The finish is long, saline, and elegant, with extra brut dryness that enhances purity.
Vinification: Manual harvest, slow pneumatic pressing, natural malolactic fermentation, aged at least 36 months on lees. Disgorged with low dosage (3 g/L) to preserve freshness and terroir expression.
Pairing: Serve at 8–10°C. A superb match for mackerel rillettes with Sichuan pepper, seafood platters, or Iberian charcuterie. Also excellent with goat cheese or citrus-accented dishes.
