Alexandre Bonnet Rose Champagne
A vibrant rosé Champagne from the southernmost village in the region, Les Riceys—renowned for its Pinot Noir. This Brut cuvée showcases the estate’s finesse and the terroir’s sunny intensity.
Appearance: Salmon pink with copper highlights and a fine, persistent mousse.
Nose: Delicate and fruity. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and cherry mingle with citrus zest, floral notes, and a hint of spice.
Palate: Dry and nuanced. Red berry fruit leads into crisp acidity and subtle minerality. The texture is creamy yet refreshing, with a balanced finish that lingers on notes of citrus and soft herbs.
Vinification: Traditional Champagne method. Primarily Pinot Noir, with possible additions of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Aged on lees for 36 months, disgorged with low dosage (3 g/L) to preserve purity and freshness.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish, grilled salmon, light salads, and soft cheeses. Also pairs beautifully with duck breast or strawberry tart.
