The wine is crafted in a 'lo-fi' manner, meaning minimal intervention, allowing the whole-bunch fruit to shine with sappy freshness, crisp acidity, gentle oak tannins, and ripe summer pudding fruit flavors. It’s recommended to serve lightly chilled to enhance its vibrant character.
