Benjamin Bridge Piquette

Piquette is a delicious wine-style beverage created with upcycled Chardonnay pomace. The historic Piquette winemaking style adds water to gently pressed grape skins, extracting their full fragrance and flavour potential while providing a lower alcohol beverage (6.0%). With an added touch of fresh Citra hops and handmade Bay of Fundy sea salt for a zesty addition. Lightly spritzy with zero sugar and no added sulphites, this artisan thirst quencher is light in alcohol, but big on flavour.
