Copeland Raspberry Mint Gin

Copeland Gin is a unique handcrafted infusion of locally sourced fruits combined with own premium gin. The botanicals in the base gin have been carefully selected to complement the local fruit botanicals which are sourced from the fields of County Down.  The result is a natural ‘ginfusion’ which not only tastes great but has the added benefit of supporting local farmers and producers. This gin is perfect for a gin & tonic but equally as tasty with your favourite lemonade. Garnish with a few raspberries and a sprig of mint to enhance the flavour.
