A drink that needs no introduction, the Cosmopolitan took the world by storm in the early noughties, glamourised by a certain set of New York City gals. We've mixed our recipe up with some old and some new, combining citrus vodka, orange liqueur, lime, cranberry and rhubarb syrup. Made to be enjoyed over ice with a flamed orange peel garnish.

Based on a cocktail popularised by Carrie Bradshaw, NYC, 1998-2004.
