Domaine Rapet Père et Fils - Pernand-Vergelesses La Belles Filles 2020

The Pernand-Vergelesses vineyard nestles in a green and peaceful valley between Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, at the foot of the Corton hill. It is the only area producing an equal amount of red and white wines, representing the whole palette of crus. A gem of the Côte de Beaune. The aromas are fresh (black and red currant), round and fruity with a touch of mineral, so typical ofthe terroir. The Pernand can be served after 3 years. The ideal serving temperature is around 15°C. It goes well with beef tenderloin, veal sauté, lamb shoulder "laquée, duck fricassée façon coq or with a selection of delicious cheeses.
