Intense dark colour, its purple rim reflects its youth. Very fruity nose, aromas of ripe blackberries, black plums and strawberries. It also shows mineral notes and fresh vegetables. Great structure, warm, complex and tender at the same time. A very fruity, powerful wine. Ébano Viñedos y Bodegas was born in 2004, hand in hand with Valmiñor group, as a project for the Ribera del Duero appellation. With a privileged location in the basin of the Douro River, Castrillo de Duero one of the main standouts of Ébano is the careful selection of plots and grapes.
