Emiliana Coyam

A premier biodynamic red wine from the Colchagua Valley in Chile, crafted by Emiliana Organic Vineyards. Named after the native oak forests surrounding the estate, this iconic field blend is primarily composed of Syrah and Carménère, complemented by varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, and Malbec. It features an intense deep ruby color and a complex bouquet of blackberries, cherries, and plums, layered with notes of black pepper, leather, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured with soft, ripe tannins and a persistent finish. Highly versatile, it pairs excellently with grilled red meats, spicy cuisine, or mushroom-based vegetarian dishes.
