Emiliana Salvaje

A striking organic and natural red wine from the Casablanca Valley in Chile, crafted from a blend of Syrah and a small percentage of Roussanne. Produced by Emiliana, a leader in biodynamic viticulture, this "Salvaje" (meaning wild) wine is made with no added sulphites. It features a deep violet-red color and an explosive bouquet of blackberries, blueberries, and floral violets, complemented by subtle notes of black olive and spice. On the palate, it is bright and concentrated with a velvety texture, balanced acidity, and a refreshingly long finish. Ideal for pairing with lamb, beef sirloin, or spicy Thai and Indian cuisine.
