This elegant pure malt defines the genre of accelerated aging and showcasing the power of science and passion EtOH (pronounced E-T-O-H) is the brainchild of Tobias Emil Jenson, the co-founder and former master brewer of To Øl, a food scientist engineer specialising in brewing science and technology. In 2018 Tobias turned his focus to the world of aged spirts. EtOh utilises high-frequency ultrasound, heat and oxygen to accelerate the ageing process of spirits in a custom-built reactor -- called the Jenson Reaktor. Through these revolutionary methods, EtOh is able to age a spirit in just days, while preserving the complexity and nuance of a decade-old aged spirit.
