Lafage, Cote Sud

This 200 ha. estate is run by husband and wife team Jean-Marc and Elaine Lafage, who both come from families involved in wine for 6 generations!  Having received the love for the business, they gained valuable experience in Gallo, California, then Australia, South Africa and Chile.  However, the yearning to produce their own wine in the family domaine brought them back to the Catalan Roussillon region.

This Cotes Catalanes Cote Sud offers pure, lively notes of blackberries, currants, wild herbs, pepper and assorted spices. It is medium to full-bodied and perfect paired with hearty winter dishes like a beef casserole or roast loin of Pork .
