
Galway Bay Of Foam & Fury Hazy TDH Edition DIPA
A bold reimagining of Ireland’s first Double IPA, brewed to mark the 12th anniversary of its original release. This edition leans into modern hazy styles with a pillowy malt base and a triple dose of Simcoe hops.
Appearance: Hazy orange-gold with a dense, creamy white head.
Nose: Dank and expressive. Bursting with tropical fruit—mango, pineapple, and papaya—layered over pine resin, grapefruit pith, and a touch of sweet malt.
Palate: Juicy and full-bodied. Ripe citrus and stone fruit dominate, with a soft, creamy texture from oats and wheat. The bitterness is restrained, allowing the hop aromatics to shine. A nostalgic nod to classic West Coast DIPAs, wrapped in a modern NEIPA cloak.
Malt Bill: Pale malt, oats, wheat—designed for softness and haze.
Hops: Simcoe (triple dry-hopped), the driving force behind this edition. Expect pine, citrus, and tropical depth.
