A fantastic Xarel.lo from Penedés, Spain (Biodynamic). Distinctive personality. Expressive fruity aromas, like quince and peaches with some ripe citrus notes and a herbal backdrop – seductive notes of fennel, laurel, fresh herb, chamomile, thyme and rosemary. The wine gradually opens when left to breathe in the glass and we discover the elegant result of its ageing – aromas of fresh almond, fresh bakery, nutmeg, white pepper. Slightly saline and mineral-like aromas. Pair with roast turkey, white fish & soft cheese.
