This Riesling Icewine has an abundance of vibrant aromatics including peach, pear, and lime. On the palate, notes of honey, apricot and mango are balanced by a crisp and lively acidity. Perfect together with brie and lavender honey; firm aged cheddar or your favourite paté with pear or peach chutney; seared scallops with apple celery slaw; classic baked apples.

To make Ice Wine grapes are left on the vine well into the winter months to concentrate and intensify the flavours, as water content freezes, thaws and dehydrates in each precious Icewine grape.
