Killahora Pom'O

Crafted in County Cork from rare Irish apples, Killahora Pom'O is a unique apple aperitif inspired by French pommeau. It is made by blending bittersweet apple juice with fine apple brandy and aging the mixture in Irish whiskey barrels for over a year. The result is a rich, aromatic drink featuring notes of baked apples, butterscotch, and warming spices. Traditionally served lightly chilled as an aperitif, it also pairs exceptionally well with mature cheddar cheeses and fruit-based desserts.
