Part of Lough Gill’s 2025 Barrel-Aged Series, Wine Geese is a refined and contemplative Imperial Stout, aged in New Era Oak Casks (NEOC)—a unique barrel type regenerated by France’s finest cooperages. These particular casks began life in Bordeaux, were carefully refurbished and re-charred, and then seasoned with Irish whiskey before arriving in Sligo. The result is a beer steeped in history, character, and quiet complexity.
