Lustau East India Solera Sherry
Dark mahogany colour with bronze hues. Concentrated aromas of smoky, dried fruits, mocha, cacao and toffee. Very complex on the palate, with clean acidity. Unforgetable flavours of raisins, nuts and candied orange.
Serve between 12-13ºC in a white wine glass. This wine is a perfect companion to light desserts and cakes, but can also be served with blue cheeses.
What is East India Solera Sherry?
East India Solera is essentially an old Oloroso blended with an old Pedro Ximenez, which gives it a sweet character. It offers more mature notes of maple syrup, brown sugar, spice box, raisin and chocolate beer nuts, and its terrific balancing acidity cuts through the sweetness.
