A distinguished red wine from the southern coast of Sicily, Italy, crafted from a unique blend of indigenous Nero d'Avola and Cabernet Franc grapes. Grown in the coastal vineyards of Menfi, this wine undergoes six months of aging in oak barriques followed by three months in the bottle. It features a ruby red color with intense purple reflections and a complex bouquet of plums, dried fruit, almonds, and red berries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and intense with a good structure, silky tannins, and a persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, aged cheeses, or red meat dishes.
