Martelo Rioja Reserva 2016

This is an elegant and structured wine with intense, medium-high depth. It is garnet red, clean and bright and full of pleasing flavours. A fruit forward nose dominated by blackberries and forest berries against a backdrop of balsamic notes. Good structure in the mouth. Balanced with good acidity, elegant tannins and a long, pleasant finish in which the fruit and balsamic notes reappear on the palate.
