Launched in 1910 and nicknamed Bianchissimo or the whitest, Martini Bianco is a celebrated Italian white vermouth from Turin. Crafted by Martini & Rossi, it features a fine blend of Italian white wine, such as Trebbiano, infused with a secret recipe of up to 40 aromatic herbs, flowers, and botanicals. This luminous, pale gold aperitif offers a delicate balance of sweetness and herbal bitterness, highlighted by prominent notes of vanilla, citrus, and sweet floral spices. Smooth and refreshing, it is traditionally enjoyed over ice with a wheel of lemon or mixed with tonic water for a classic Bianco & Tonic.
