Matrot Bourgogne Pinot Noir

A distinguished red wine from the Burgundy region of France, crafted by the renowned Domaine Matrot. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from select vineyards in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, this wine undergoes fermentation with natural yeasts and is aged for approximately 15 months in French oak barrels, with 10% being new oak. It features a bright crimson color and an expressive bouquet of fresh red berries, cherries, and raspberries, complemented by subtle notes of spice and earth. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and juicy with supple tannins, refreshing acidity, and a clean, mineral finish. Ideal for pairing with roasted poultry, pork, mushroom risotto, or mild cheeses.
