Method & Madness Single Pot Still Garryana Oak Barrels

A limited-edition, traditional single pot still from the Midleton Micro Distillery. It's triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks and is then finished in virgin Garryanna oak barrels from the Pacific Northwest. The unique profile imparts earthy tones to complement the traditional pot still style. Nose of smoked applewood, treacle and raisins. The palate is rich with crushed black pepper, coffee cake and toasted wood. A finish of clove spice, malted barley, coffee grounds.
