Micil Spiced Orange Gin

A reimagining of our classic gin, distilled with handpicked Connemara flowers and herbs, and enriched with vibrant orange zest and warm rounded spice. Handcrafted by the Micil family at Galway’s only distillery. Starting with the base 17 botanicals from our classic Micil Irish Gin, we chose to elevate the citrus notes using orange zest and amplify the spice notes with warming clove. Each batch is pot distilled in our hybrid copper pot still. The botanicals remain in the still throughout distillation, allowing for maximum oil extraction and infusion of flavour.

Micil Spiced Orange Gin has distinct warming orange notes, with classic Micil heather and floral tones. Balancing sweet and tart textures lead to a round, spicy finish.
