Montespina Verdejo

A fresh and lively white wine from the Rueda region of Spain, crafted from 100% Verdejo grapes by the Avelino Vegas winery. This monovarietal wine is produced from old vineyards and undergoes a light cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks to enhance its aromatic intensity. It features a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a complex bouquet of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, intermingled with notes of fennel, freshly cut hay, and citrus. On the palate, it is explosive and unctuous with a well-balanced acidity, leading to a long, silky, and slightly bitter finish. Ideal for pairing with white fish, rice dishes, or as an aperitif.
