Appearance: Pale gold with a soft, foamy head.
Nose: Light and fresh. Subtle malt aromas with hints of cereal grain and a touch of floral hop.
Palate: Crisp and smooth. Gentle malt sweetness balanced by a clean, dry finish. Low bitterness and light body make it exceptionally sessionable.
Brewing Style: Gluten-free. Brewed locally with a nod to Dundalk’s brewing heritage and Mo Chara’s arched brick windows from 1902, featured on the label.
