Sus Scrofa means wild boar in Latin, the animal that makes its home in the hills of the Alt Penedès, and is the emblem of Celler Pardas.  Sus Scrofa is Pardas' youngest wine, easy drinking and vibrant with tons of character, just like the feisty boar pictured on the label!

100% Sumoll that is easy drinking with vivid acidity and notes of black cherry and a touch of smoke. Aged in cement, practicing organic, and vegan friendly.
