The wine is produced using traditional methods, including foot-treading in open lagars with partial stem inclusion, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barrels. It features a deep ruby color and a complex bouquet of red fruits, dark plums, and spices, complemented by subtle menthol and toasted notes.
