Champagne Rosé Sauvage from PIPER HEIDSIECK is a true gastronomic champagne. It's made from 50 to 55% Pinot Noir (of which 20 to 25% are vinified into red wine), 30 to 35% of Meunier and 15 to 20% of Chardonnay, of which 10 to 20 % are reserve wines.
The palate offers a red fruits explosion with a dazzling finish with spicy notes. Full of charm and ardor, this rosé champagne can be serves as an aperitif and with any seasonal summer vegetables.
