Its aromatic is expressed on fresh notes of yuzu and lime, a few touches of orange blossom, almonds, toasted bread and a mineral finish. This Essentiel Blanc de Blancs cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay, from the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Sézannais with a minimum of 30% reserve wines and minimum 36 months on the lees.
