A distinguished white wine from the Portalegre sub-region of Alentejo, Portugal, crafted by the Symington family. This estate-grown blend of Arinto and Verdelho is partially fermented and aged for several months in 500-liter oak barrels with lees contact. It features a light straw-gold color and an expressive bouquet of honeysuckle, citrus, and white peach with discreet buttery notes of vanilla. On the palate, it offers clear, succulent fruit and a creamy texture balanced by the crisp acidity and mineral finish provided by the high-altitude vineyards. Ideal for pairing with grilled fish, shellfish, and white meat.
