Rascals Rock Shandy Pale Ale

A collaboration with Club Rock Shandy to produce a gorgeously refreshing beer! There’s a big hit of fresh citrus orange on the nose that carries through on the taste before developing into a nice bitter-sweet lemon. Orange and lemon peel are used in the whirlpool and then the juice of both are added during fermentation. The bitterness then follows through into the classic New England IPA style, with Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops providing stone fruit and orange flavours.
