Rathfinny Classic Cuvee Brut 2017

Rathfinny Estate Classic Cuvée 2017 Sparkling Wine 75cl is created using 57% Pinot Noir, 22% Chardonnay and 21% Pinot Meunier grapes, hand-harvested from the Rathfinny Wine Estate in East Sussex. This is the first vintage of their Classic Sparkling made using the traditional method.

The Rathfinny estate is the perfect site for growing sparkling wine grapes with thin, clay loam soils over chalk creating great sources of water for the vines and the semi-continental climate of the region being very similar to that of Champagne, France.
