Spot Beam

We are putting a few hop varieties through their paces with a series of monovariatel beers. This IPA is exclusively hopped with Idaho 7 in concentrated CGX format and T90. Idaho 7 is a bit of a favourite here at the brewery for all the beautiful pineapple, black tea and citrus notes that it brings. Paired with Lallemands new Pomona yeast to bring out the most tropical notes possible, this is a soft and creamy hazy IPA that really hits the spot.
