Tokara Reserve Collection Elgin Sauvignon Blanc

This 100% Sauvignon blanc is made from grapes grown on Tokara’s Highlands farm in Elgin. This wine is blended from a handful of the top performing blocks on this property each chosen for their exquisite flavour and aromatic profile.

Tinges of green add interest to a vibrant straw colour. Pungent notes of fresh guava are intertwined with elements of asparagus, lemon grass and greengage. The palate has an amazing freshness with zingy citrus flavours, a perfect counterpoint to the creamy midpalate and crisp finish.

Food pairing: Best served cold and drunk as an aperitif or with fresh summer oysters or salsa verde.
