Tokara Sauvignon Blanc

This wine is a blend of Sauvignon blanc grapes that originate from the Stellenbosch and Elgin regions.

Light straw in colour with lime tints. The nose offers flavours of quince, green apples and Cape gooseberry with touches of lemongrass. A broadly textured wine with flavours that echo the overt aromas, filled out with fresh tropical fruits. A perfect summer wine that is not only crisp and dry, but also offers a vibrant, lingering finish.

Food pairing: This wine is best enjoyed cold on a hot summer’s day. Either on its own or it can be served with grilled chicken, fish, prawns or fresh oysters.
