Trulli, Vermentino, Salento IGP

Pale yellow in color, with aromas of peach, lemonpeel, mango and dry herbs. Saline minerality on the palate blends with a complex and pleasantly fresh acidity.

It is in the central part of the Salento region, close to the Salice Salentino DOP area, and a site where many Trulli were once sited. Trullo are the traditional houses of the farm workers dating back to the Middle Ages.
