Create Dangerously is Verdant’s first collaboration with Omnipollo, a bold and fruit‑forward DIPA that borrows one of Omnipollo’s favourite tricks—fruit adjuncts. Brewed with a malt base of extra pale, chit, oats, and flaked wheat, it’s loaded with Mosaic, Nectaron, and Eclipse hops, then elevated with a cheeky hit of passion fruit purée added during fermentation. The result is a beer that’s tropical, juicy, and pungently dank, with the fruit cutting through the booziness and amplifying hop character.
