The Clover Club is a pre-Prohibition classic from Philadelphia’s club of the same name. Made with gin, raspberry and lemon, it’s known for its silky texture and pink hue that contrasts with it's white foamy top.

Shake the can for 15 seconds, pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry.
